General Terms and Conditions

By booking a service with Hui Auto Detail, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Hui Auto Detail reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Service Expectations and Limitations

  • Services are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability.
  • While we strive for the highest quality, results may vary based on the condition of the vehicle, including but not limited to: existing damage, level of contamination, and type of paint.
  • We use professional-grade products to ensure the best possible results.

Paint Correction and Scratch Removal

  • The only true way to remove scratches is through paint correction, which levels the paint surface to minimize imperfections.
  • While most scratches can be significantly reduced or removed, deep scratches that penetrate the clear coat or base paint may not be fully repairable.
  • Proper aftercare is essential to maintaining results. Hui Auto Detail is not responsible for new scratches or swirl marks incurred after service.

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service.

Communications 

Member CommunicationsYou understand that your telephone calls and email correspondence with Hui Auto Detail and its third party service providers may be recorded or monitored. By agreeing to use these methods of communication, you are consenting to the recording or monitoring of these communications. Further, you acknowledge and consent to Hui Auto Detail’s use of any information that you submit to Hui Auto Detail, in accordance with the terms of use of the website used to submit such information, and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.  

Operations-Related Communications. You agree to receive email and SMS messasges related to Hui Auto Detail operations. You may opt-out of this communication by contacting support@huiautodetail.com or by following the unsubscribe instructions contained within the email or SMS message. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.  Reply STOP to opt-out. Please see our Servco Privacy Policy for additional information. 

Marketing-Related Communications. You agree to receive email and SMS messages related to market research or promotions. You may opt-out of this communication by contacting support@huiautodetail.com or by following the unsubscribe instructions contained within the email or SMS message. Message and data rates may apply. Subscription Plan 

Subscription Overview

  • The Essential Wash Subscription is a monthly membership that provides customers with two (2) Essential Washes per month for up to two (2) registered vehicles.
  • Minimum three-month commitment.
  • Memberships are non-transferable.

Billing and Payment

  • Subscription payments are automatically billed monthly to the payment method on file.
  • If payment fails, the subscription will be placed on hold until payment is received.
  • No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused services within a billing cycle.

Service Usage and Rollover Policy

  • Subscribers receive two (2) Essential Washes per month. One (1) Essential Wash may be rolled over per month.
  • Subscribers have the option to upgrade one (1) of the Essential Washes to a Signature Detail for an added charge.
  • Additional services beyond the subscription allowance will be charged at standard rates.

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle.

Changes and Termination

  • Hui Auto Detail reserves the right to modify pricing, services, or terms with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.
  • If the subscription is discontinued, members will be notified in advance and given options for using any remaining services.

Liability and Disclaimer

  • Hui Auto Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including scratches, stains, or worn materials that become more visible after cleaning.
  • Our team takes every precaution to provide safe and professional service, but we are not liable for minor cosmetic changes or manufacturer defects that are uncovered during detailing.
  • Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicle before service. Hui Auto Detail is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
  • By booking a service or subscribing, you agree that Hui Auto Detail will not be held responsible for any damages beyond what is covered by our service guarantee.
